CHAIR SHORTAGE STEAK DINNER
This steak dinner recipe should only be prepared in the event your boyfriend leaves the house and you immediately assume models will somehow manifest into whatever room he enters.
Maybe it’s crazy or maybe I have border line personality disorder but either way… whenever my man leaves the house I can only assume that women flock to him so because of that, when he returns home I always have an amazing meal ready to go so if he ever decides to be a scumbag he will be left with this incredible taste in his mouth that will make him regret his decisions for an eternity.
Steak is an obvious choice… men love meat. The potato recipe came from an appetizer I had once when I was in Vegas. The potatoes were so lemony and good that I am still thinking about them five years later… Memorable… exactly what I want for this dish. Let’s start with the steak.

Best Smashed Potatoes
Ingredients
2 pounds baby or fingerling potatoes
extra virgin olive oil, as needed
4 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (or more!)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
Prep time | 8 minutes
Cook time | 35 minutes
Instructions
For the potatoes — add the potatoes to boiling water and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain the potatoes and allow to dry for 5 minutes. Using a spoon, gently press the potatoes onto a baking sheet until lightly smashed.
In a skillet, add evvo and garlic. Sautee for a few minutes, make sure not to over cook the garlic or burn it. Pour this concoction over your potatoes until likely coated.
Season your potatoes with salt & pepper, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese, and lemon to your liking (the more lemon the better in my opinion).
Bake your creation on 375 for about 15 minutes, until crispy :)
